I’ve got a busy summer ahead of me. It’s so nice to have meals prepped and ready to go. Also, wonderful to have a freezer meal or two I can send with neighbors who are expecting a baby.

Summer Freezer Meal Guide

I have been thinking about trying this freezer meal plan forever. I finally decided to go for it and try the summer meal plan and am so glad I did! I got all of the groceries I needed for about $275 and completed the meal prep in around 5 hours. I love the step by step instructions that break it down how to do all of the meals in one long cooking session or 2 shorter cooking sessions. This is going to save me so much decision fatigue on deciding what's for dinner, save me so much time in the kitchen every day, and save my family so much money. With these freezer meals I have meals that will feed my whole family for less than $14 per meal. Not per plate- per meal. I can feed my whole family for $14! This is truly a game changer!

I’m not one to write reviews but this meal plan was everything I was looking for and more! I get so overwhelmed thinking of what to make for dinner, I noticed I was ordering takeout a lot more due to being burnt out eating the same thing and not having enough time during the weeknights to make something. I am so lucky to have found these monthly meal plans! We liked almost every recipe and I enjoyed the easy to follow shopping list! My husband even helped me shop for everything and assemble the bags! It took us 3 hours to buy all the ingredients and 5-6 hours to prep 20 meals but I expect we’ll get faster! We’ve had 3 meals so far and it is AMAZING not having to cook once I get off work. I have more free time to walk the dogs, clean, work in my garden which has been neglected! Highly recommend!

I prepared all the meals in this guide and they are all incredible! It took 3 hours for my husband and I to complete everything and we got to use a lot of what we already had! Would recommend to anyone who wants to freezer prep!
