We tried this because we had been doing a mail order meal plan that would claim 15-20 min of prep, but was closer to 40 minutes for real people without chef level knife skills. This has been a life saver. We are a week into our first month and the kids (10yo and 12 yo) have been able to start the meals as I come in the door and have dinner ready by the time my spouses commute home is complete. The kids have even liked it enough that they are taking left overs to school. It is nice not having as much processed food in the meals, and knowing what is going into them, has given me and my husband more peace of mind and more time with family. Well worth the investment. My husband and I are planning to purchase the companions for summer, spring, and fall.

Totally worth the price because it is designed to eliminate food waste. So far all three meals we’ve had were absolutely delicious. I loved the easy prep directions, and they day of directions are easy to follow, too. The best thing about it is no messy kitchen and no mental burden of cooking dinner every night. Do it!!

I originally had some issues with the download. I gave a bad review and then realized it was my fault. The product is awesome and I highly recommend it!

I haven't used the new guide yet but I'm looking forward to trying the new recipes.

Can’t believe I was able to prepare 10 meals in 2.5 hours. Dinner prep and clean up is sooooo much better. It makes the day feel less stressful haha and we’ve been pleasantly surprised by how delicious these meals have been! My meat eating husband and kids have loved every meal we’ve tried so far! Win win winning!

This has been one of the best decisions we made. With an elderly mama that doesn’t want to cook much and I work all day and not sure what to make each night….this takes out the guess work!

Lots of good recipes and setups

I am not a mom (unless you count dog moms, hahaha), but I am a very busy woman. Between full-time and part-time jobs, running my own business, volunteering regularly, training my puppy, studying for licensing exams, preparing for a big presentation later this year, and moving into a new house, I don't have as much time as I'd like to cook fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals every night. And I'm someone who LOVES to cook!

Enter these freezer meal guides. I found them through TikTok and I'm so glad I did! I was surprised at how easy and fast it was to make an entire month's worth of dinners for my roommates and me. I was even more surprised that it all fit in my relatively small freezer. Now after work, all I have to do is pop these recipes in my Instant Pot (I also love that there are instructions for Instant Pots) and dinner is served! I will buy more of these guides and tell all my friends about them. If you're on the fence about this, just go for it! You can always customize the recipe, but the mental load it takes off of you and the time you save is well worth it.

I have been thinking about trying this freezer meal plan forever. I finally decided to go for it and try the summer meal plan and am so glad I did! I got all of the groceries I needed for about $275 and completed the meal prep in around 5 hours. I love the step by step instructions that break it down how to do all of the meals in one long cooking session or 2 shorter cooking sessions. This is going to save me so much decision fatigue on deciding what's for dinner, save me so much time in the kitchen every day, and save my family so much money. With these freezer meals I have meals that will feed my whole family for less than $14 per meal. Not per plate- per meal. I can feed my whole family for $14! This is truly a game changer!
