Our family loves these easy meals, and I so appalling out a meal in the morning and knowing I don’t have to worry about supper for the day!

I am a travel nurse and on a farther than usual contract this go round, my husband has been home with our daughter for the past 2 months- cue the corn dogs, chicken nuggets and frozen pizza meals >.< Before I head out for my last month of this contract I meal prepped all the meals from spring vol 3 and they are both so excited and the stress relief for me has been immense. I did spend a whole day on my first round but have every confidence that it will be closer to the 4 hours on the next one. Thank you so much!!!! This meal plan has been amazing for my family of 5 (2 adults 3 children 8, 7 and 2). I bought this a few days before my monthly pay. Got my list together and spent £173 on all the food from ASDA. The food arrived Sunday morning and I spent the rest of the day cooking (probably about 5 and half hours in total). I shoved one of the Pizza Pastas in the oven at the end of the day because I was done in! It was delicious and all the kids loved it. Even better, I had half left over for the next day! We've now eaten each of the meals in the plan and they are all very nice. I'm not going to pretend it's the best food I've ever made, but the time they have saved has been a god send. It's really freed up my evenings to do homework with the kids and play or walk the dog. Our family is happy and well fed and much more relaxed because of this plan. The best thing is, the portions are huge and most double up for dinner the next day. I'd say out of the 20 meals made we've had about 30 days worth of food.

Rachel is lovely too and offered to swap me to this meal plan after we got chatting on Instagram about how hard it was to find a few of the more American ingredients for the Fall Vol 3 plan.

If you're on the fence and feel there's more to life than finishing work and cooking every day then give this a go, you won't regret it!

Also, I don't have an Instant Pot, so I've used a slow cooker for them all.

I just bought this plan last week and prepped 10 meals on the weekend. The step by step prep plan is amazing ! I have tried making freezer meals in bulk before, but had to only stick to one recipe at a time. With this plan I now have a variety of meals to choose from!

I prepped tons of meals during my third trimester of pregnancy to prepare for bringing a new baby home. I tried everything- These meal plans are BY FAR the best tasting ones I have ever found and they are also the easiest to follow. Highly recommend!

These prep guides are amazing! Especially for someone like me that is not a natural cook nor do I enjoy cooking. I can create meals that my family enjoys for a whole month in about 5 hours. I’m sold! I purchased these after enjoying all the recipes in the original volume for all the seasons!

I just had my 4th child and needed a way to take the stress out of planning meal times. This product has SOLVED the daily dinner dilemma. We are hardly eating out, saving time, saving money and not stressing about “wHATs fOr DiNneR??” every night. We may be living in survival mode, but at least there is a home cooked meal waiting for us at the end of every day!

I’ve got a busy summer ahead of me. It’s so nice to have meals prepped and ready to go. Also, wonderful to have a freezer meal or two I can send with neighbors who are expecting a baby.

I don’t think you’re going to love every meal, but you learn what you like, what you don’t like, and more importantly, what works for your family. Then you pick and choose and collect and expand. It works pretty well.
